The FTSE Women LeadersReview was published on 24 February 2026 and shares insight andprogress in delivering gender balance across the FTSE 350 and the UK’s top50private companies.
British businesses have achievedtransformational progress on boards, but executive roles remain the mainstructural gap. Women now hold 43% of FTSE 350 board positions andapproximately 36% of senior leadership roles.
