Sapphire had the pleasure of placing Tim Farazmand, Tony Morgan and Candida Morley to the board of PIP plc. with effect from 3 January 2025.
Mr Farazmand is a seasoned investment and private equity professional with over 33 years of executive experience, including senior investment roles at Lloyds TSB Development Capital, Royal Bank Private Equity and 3i PLC, and a subsequent nine years of non-executive board experience.
Mr Morgan is an experienced investment and private equity professional with 29 years of executive experience. He has held senior investment roles at a range of financial institutions, including Chief Investment Officer at British International Investment Plc (formerly CDC Group plc), and private equity firms Onex Corporation and Permira.
Ms Morley is a seasoned private equity, strategy and operations professional with over 34 years of executive experience. This included senior roles at private equity firms Hg Capital and LDC, as well as earlier experience at 3i PLC and in strategy at a FTSE 250 plc.
