Sapphire Partners Executive Search is proud to be partnering with the Financial Services Compensation Scheme to recruit two Non-Executive Directors.
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is the UK’s statutory compensation scheme established by the government to protect customers of authorised financial services firms when those firms fail. It is independent of, but accountable to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) as the UK financial services regulators, and to HM Treasury.
In the context of succession planning, the Board is seeking to appoint two Non-Executive Directors for appointment mid-2026. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly engaged, dynamic and professional board overseeing an organisation at the intersection of consumer protection and complex financial services regulation.
The successful candidates will have prior board experience, either in an executive or non-executive capacity, a robust understanding of the UK financial services landscape and a clear understanding and interest in the work of the FSCS.
