In an interview on the BBC World Service, Sapphire Partners founder Kate Grussing has given her pragmatic views on how to make your CV stand out from the crowd.
She shared how female candidates can often have CVs that understate their achievements and therefore can be easily underestimated unless the recruiter/search firm is extra attentive to this risk. These are important points, in spite of the programme being titled 'Have you lied on your CV?'
