  CHERIE BOOTH QC

Cherie Booth is a leading human rights lawyer, a passionate campaigner for women’s equality in the developed and developing world and wife of Tony Blair. Her determination to help women and their families overcome prejudice has seen her visit and speak in many countries. She also promotes work-life balance policies, having herself struggled to combine her own high-profile career with being a mother of four.

  PEGGY DANNENBAUM

Peggy Czyzak-Dannenbaum is a trustee of the Royal Opera House and of the Brogdale Horticultural Trust where she is vice chair. She is also on the board of Village du Pain (trading as Le Pain Quotidien). Peggy served on the governing body of London Business School from 2001-2007 and remains Chair of the School’s UK Regional Advisory Board and Capital Society. Peggy has served on several corporate and not-for-profit boards. She was the founder of La Fornaia.

  NOREEN DOYLE

Noreen Doyle is on the main boards of Credit Suisse, Newmount Mining, QinetiQ and Rexam. She was First Vice President and Head of Banking of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from 2001 to 2005. Previously, Noreen had spent 18 years at Bankers’ Trust. She is also active in supporting not-for-profit organisations and is a frequent speaker to senior women’s groups.

  LADY BARBARA JUDGE

Barbara Thomas Judge became a Director of the UK Atomic Energy Authority in 2002 and Chairman in 2004. She is also Chair of the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, Deputy Chair of Friends’ Provident plc and the Financial Reporting Council and a Director of Quintain Estates and PA Consulting, among others. She practised law for many years and was the first female, and youngest ever, commissioner to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

  MICHAEL LIEBREICH

Michael Liebreich is the Founder and CEO of New Energy Finance Limited, a specialist provider of financial information and services to investors in renewable energy, low-carbon technologies and the carbon markets. He is an experienced venture capitalist and entrepreneur who has helped build more than 25 companies. Michael started his career at McKinsey & Co and has extensive media experience. He is also a former member of the British Olympic Ski Team.

  PINKY LILANI OBE

Pinky Lilani is the founder and chairman of the Asian Women of Achievement Awards, the spectacular annual celebration of the achievements of Asian women. Pinky is also the creator of the Women of the Future Awards and is one of the most passionate, inspirational supporters of young women. She is a mentor with the Prince’s Youth Business Trust, a member of the Asia House special project committee, the Mayor of Croydon’s charity committee and the European Women of Achievement Awards. Pinky is an exceptional advocate for women in business and women entrepreneurs.

  JONATHAN METLISS

Jonathan Metliss is a solicitor who specialises in corporate finance and take-overs and mergers, fund raisings, joint ventures and Stock Exchange issues. He was a founder partner of City law firm SJ Berwin. He is active in Israeli related matters and is a member of the Advisory Board of Goldrock Investments, an Israeli fund investing in pre-IPO situations. Jonathan is involved in extensive charitable and philanthropic activities.

  HERTA VON STIEGEL

Herta von Stiegel is executive chairman of Stargate Capital Investment Group, a small cap investment firm focusing on emerging enterprise market segments, including women-led business. An international executive with a consistent track record of building profitable highly regulated structured finance businesses, she held senior positions at Citibank and JP Morgan and, until 2005 was managing director at AIG Financial Products. She serves on several boards in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, including Camco International and Opportunity International, a global microfinance organization with multiple financial services subsidiaries. She chairs the Prince’s Trust Women’s Leadership Group, serves on the board of The Committee of 200, and is a member of the Women's Leadership Board of Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.

  JOHANNA WATEROUS

Johanna Waterous recently retired as a senior Director of McKinsey & Co., the global management consultancy, based in the firm's London office. Johanna has over 20 years experience working with the world's leading retail, luxury goods, retail banking and other consumer services businesses on a wide range of strategic, marketing and sales issues. She co-led McKinsey's global Marketing & Sales Practice, and was head of the practice's 'B2C' client sector in Europe. From 2000 to 2006, she was Chairman of Tate Enterprises, the retailing, licensing and publishing interests of the Tate Galleries. She is a trustee of the English National Opera, and on the board of the Kew Foundation.
